I don't see these done too often here on InsaneJournal Land, but they're quite handy and given that Anakin's a walking godmod, I see doing one of these a necessity. It's much easier for me to come back to this post and look for your comment than to hunt for you on AIM and/or have to wait for you to sign on to ask if something's okay -- hence why these permissions memes rock my socks. So, if you would, please answer the following questions for me in relation to your character: ➠ [1] Will he be able to sense disturbances in the Force regarding your character? To say, that if Character A is stabbed by Character B, Anakin's 'Jedi Sense' will tingle and tell him that something wrong/bad is happening at so and so place. I more than likely won't get him involved in the situation unless you'd like me to, but he'll at least stop and go, "Oh look at that," to himself.
➠ [2] Can Anakin sense your character's emotions? ie: "He sensed his nervousness." / "She was sad, he could feel it coming off her in thick waves through the Force."
➠ [3] Jedi Mind Tricks, aka "These aren't the droids you're looking for," "You don't want to sell me death sticks," etc. ...they a go for your character? In accordance with Star Wars canon, this depends on whether or not your character is strong minded -- of course, this is at your discretion, hence this meme. But, generally: weak minded = more susceptible to the tricks and strong minded = more resistant.
➠ [4] If the time comes when your character should encounter him in a non-friendly way, can he use the Force to predict your character's movements? This is something that is sometimes difficult to play out unless it's being grabbed from your character's narrative, so if this is a yes and you'd rather just talk this out on AIM or through e-mail when/if the time comes, put that down. I'll happily work around/with anything.
➠ [5] Anakin has precognitive abilities, aka he gets visions from the Force in kind of the same way that Cordelia from Angel gets them, only without the pain and usually with more vagueness in the timeframe that tend to throw him for a loop. /coughrevengeofthesithcough Would you, at any point, like him to have a vision about your character? It can be good, bad, whatever. I probably won't try to do anything with this anytime soon (if at all), but it's best to cover all your bases and not risk stepping over lines that shouldn't be crossed.
➠ [6] Is there anything else you'd like me to know? Thoughts in your character's head that you really want him to pick up on or ones you consider off-limits and want him to keep his trap shut about? Let me know!
!! Please make a separate comment for each of your characters and put your character's name and fandom in the subject line, a la this comment. This makes it much easier for me to reference when looking to see what permissions he has.
